Belgian Chocolate is from Glitter Gal's 3D Holographic line and it's completely stunning!! It's a chocolate brown linear holo that leans strongly toward red. This polish is amazing in the sun and with no sunlight at all!! I used two coats followed by top coat in the above pictures!! Love this polish!!!
