Happy Hands Nails Polish.. Greetings From Florida Collection

Yay, it's Friday!!!  It's Friday and I have a really fun (and gorgeous) indie collection to share with you..  This collection is called Greetings From Florida and it's creator is Kristi at Happy Hands Nail Polish. On to the beauties...

The Swamp:

The Swamp is a gorgeous orange jelly with fantastic formula.  Pictured above is three coats of The Swamp followed by one coat of Sally Hansen Inst-Dri.  The Swamp is full of orange, blue and green hex glitters and small baby blue square glitter.  I love a nice jelly and this one applies perfectly.  The Swamp has perfect depth, it's just sheer enough to see the different layers of glitter, but dark enough for excellent coverage..  LOVE it!

Afternoon Thunderstorm:

So, I know what you're thinking... "Not another black and white, they're all the same.."  Wait, THIS one IS different!!  Afternoon Thunderstorm is a light gray creamy jelly (if that makes sense).. not quite a jelly, not quite a creme.  There are small and medium black hex glitter and a beautiful golden shimmer!  This shimmer sets Afternoon Thunderstorm apart from all the other black and whites.  It really is just different enough than the others.  The formula was a bit thick, but a few drops of polish thinner fixed that.  Pictured above is two coats of Afternoon Thunderstorm followed by Sally Hansen Insta-Dri.

Flowers On The Highway:

Flowers On The Highway is MY FAVORITE of this collection!!  Such a cute name.. actually it's THE PERFECT name for this polish because it really does remind me of wild flowers growing along the roads and highways in the summertime.  Pictured above is two coats of Flowers On The Highway over China Glaze Sea Spray, followed by one coat of Inst-Dri.  This polish has a clear base filled with small black and pink glitter and lavender, yellow, white, green & pink hex glitter.  It's so summery and I love flowers, so this one gets two thumbs up!!

Springs:

Springs is so pretty. It's a unique turquoise jelly with tiny blue hex glitter and medium aqua and holo glitter.  This one was the hardest for me to photograph and the formula was a bit thick.  I wore Springs on it's own, so I had a minor problem with "balding", but I took time and dabbed extra polish where it was thin.  Springs would look great over a deep navy like China Glaze First Mate, I think.  I used three coats, followed by a coat of Gelous, then a coat of Insta-Dri.  This color reminds me of mermaids. :)

**Greetings from Florida is a wonderfully diverse collection!!  I can tell each polish was "thought out" and not just thrown together.  I really can't wait to see Kristi's new releases.  If they're anything like these four, I'll be all over them :)**

**These polishes can be purchased at Happy Hands on Etsy.  It looks like Kristi re-stocks every Saturday at 5pm**
