Nails Inc. Piccadilly Circus

Happy New Week Everyone!  Today I have a really quick post.  It's Nails Inc. Piccadilly Circus and it's an absolutely gorgeous dark berry creme..

Nails Inc. Piccadilly Circus:

I added an accent nail with SOPI It's Bouquet With Me
I wore this mani weeks ago and totally forgot about it!  Both of these polishes were on my wishlist and I got them as a birthday gift last month.  I think I own two Nails Inc polishes now, but I want a ton of them!  Piccadilly Circus has such a fantastic formula and It's Bouquet With Me is such a pretty glitter topper!

Have a wonderful week!!!

Weekend Pink Spam

Happy Weekend!!  I grabbed some of my favorite pinks to share with you today.  October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I just love pinks in general..

Deborah Lippmann Sweet Dreams:

Wow...Sweet Dreams is stunning!!  It has such a beautiful strawberry pink jelly-like base packed full of golden flakies!!  The formula was kinda goopy, so I added a few drops of polish thinner before application.  Pictured above is three coats of Sweet Dreams followed by topcoat..  It's simply gorgeous.  You can purchase Sweet Dreams and tons of  Deborah Lippmann polishes at Apothica!

SOPI Seeing Pink Elephants:

Seeing Pink Elephants is the perfect bubble gum/pepto pink creme.  It's a little brighter in real life.  I'm such a sucker for pink cremes and when they're as gorgeous and have such an excellent formula as Seeing Pink Elephants, I'm totally in love.  This polish was a birthday gift from my good polish pal, Erika at Polish Fixation.  I have two coats of SPE in the above photo.

Orly Cupcakes and Unicorns over Seeing Pink Elephants:

Cupcakes and Unicorns is from Orly's Flash Glam FX Collection.  Call a polish "Cupcakes and Unicorns" and it's pink & red = I'm sold!!  This one has a pretty pink shimmery base with red bar glitter.  The bar glitter was kinda sparse, so I used two coats in the above pic.  It's girly and fun!!

China Glaze Beach Cruise-r:

I am in love with Beach Cruise-r!!  It's been one of my favorite polishes since I got my hands on it in the summer!  I'm gonna need a new bottle soon!!  Beach Cruise-r is from the Summer 2012 Neon Collection.  I love that it's not too bright and I love the subtle blue shimmer!  This one is a perfect match for my skintone.  I've already worn two pedis with Beach Cruise-r!!  Awww...I miss summertime already!!

Lynnderella Love Potion No 99 over Beach Cruise-r:

I still have so many untrieds in my polish stash and Love Potion No 99 was one of them.  I thought this would look great over Beach Cruise-r and I think I was right!!  Love Potion No 99 is very complex.  Most of the glitters are purple, but layering it over Beach Cruise-r really allows the fuchsia glitter to shine!!  This glitter was quite dense.  I have one coat of Love Potion No 99 layered over Beach Cruise-r, followed by a coat of gelous, then a thick coat of topcoat in the above two pics.

GOSH Flamingo:

GOSH Flamingo was another birthday gift from Erika.  She knows my taste all too well!  :)  Flamingo is another gorgeous bright pink creme.  The formula was kinda thin for a creme, so I used three coats in the above two photos.

**I hope you've enjoyed my "pink spam"...  Have a great weekend!!**

Secret Summer Swap

Happy Wednesday All!!  Today's post is about a "Secret Summer Swap" I was a part of in a facebook group.  At the beginning of summer (or maybe late spring) a bunch of great gals and I decided to send gifts to each other anonymously via elfster (a website for gift exchanges).  Elfster draws names randomly and even allows you to have wishlists and random questions for your "secret person."  We all received our gifts and I can finally reveal my Secret Summer Sender--  It was Tamala!!  Tamala is a great gal I "met" a long time ago in the nail polish world.  She actually was one of the first people I ever did a "swap" with.   She has exquisite taste in polish and is a very poised, classy lady.  :)  Anyway, I absolutely love my gifts from her...My package was so heartfelt and I can tell she put a lot of time and effort in to choosing my gifts, so I wanted to do a post dedicated to Tamala and her generosity...

My gifts from Tam:

Look at all my fun stuff!!  Some delicious liquor I drank on the golf course lol, Paris Sparkles Celery Stalker, some nail brushes, a file, Dior Tuxedo, SOPI It's My Pink, a cute case, and some personalized note cards!!  Ahhh.. I love everything!!  Now, I have all the polishes to share with you..

SOPI It's My Pink (Betsey Johnson)

Ahhh... any of you who knows my taste in polish, knows I absolutely love a nice hot pink creme!!  This one had been on my wishlist for a while and it's so so gorgeous!!  Above is two coats of  It's My Pink.  It's My Pink is infused with Betsey Johnson's signature scent "Too Too".  I love this bright pink!!  I can never have enough hot pink cremes!! :)

Paris Sparkles Celery Stalker:

I added a bunch of indies to my wishlist recently and Celery Stalker was on the top of the list!!  This is my first polish from Paris Sparkles.  Celery Stalker (love the name) has a sheer mint base with silver shimmer, and scattered blue, red, gold, green, black, silver and white glitter.  Pictured above is three coats of Celery Stalker followed by a fast-dry topcoat.  I love the sheerness of this one.. the glitters just swim around at different depths.

Dior Tuxedo:

Gah!!  My first Dior!!  Tam really spoiled me with this package!!  Tuxedo is an amazing midnight blue polish with gorgeous shine and shimmer!  Pictured above is three coats.  Perfection!!

**Thanks again Tam, for spoiling the crap out of me!!  I love my package!! :) **

Sephora by OPI..Sephora 212

I'm so glad I decided to take pictures of SOPI's 212 the other day when the sun was shinning... this color is so unique and sparkly. I was shopping online at Sephora and this color was available.  From what I've heard it's usually out of stock.  I had to buy it and see what all the hype was about...

Here is SOPI 212:

All pictures above were taken in direct sunlight except the last was in natural light.  This is another color I just love.  I love how versatile it is.  It goes with about everything and when you catch 212 in the right lighting, it has such a brilliant shine.  I applied two coats over Zoya Tao because I thought it wouldn't be so opaque, but I easily could have worn 212 on it's own.  (Anyone know why it's named "212"? LOL).  I've read Sephora describes the base in 212 as black, but in my opinion it's brown.  I love the red and green flakie glitter in 212. There's just enough holographic not to make it too busy.  If you added one more kind of glitter, it would be too much...lol.  I used OPI's RapiDry topcoat to smooth out the "grainy" finish.

That's it for this rainy Monday...  See you all soon! :)

Sephora by OPI.. What's Your Poison?

Ohhhhhh... I've been waiting to post about this polish since I won it on eBay.  I wanted to buy it online, but it was sold out...probably because it's amazing!!  Here is What's Your Poison by Sephora by OPI ...

This polish is a candy-apple red jelly base filled with tons of silver, white and pink glitter!!
What's Your Poison is from The Garden of Good and Evil Collection.  I also purchased a mini set from this collection which I will post soon!
I love pink, red, and glitters so I'm definitely loving this polish.  I even did an entire manicure instead of just swatching on one hand!  I wanted to wear this one for a while!!  I did apply 3 coats as the jelly base was a bit sheer, but I don't mind at all.  This polish is definitely in my top 20... ok, top 15!!  Two thumbs up for What's Your Poison!!

By the way, Have you entered MY 50 FOLLOWER GIVEAWAY yet???  Good stuff to be won!!

Have a good day Everyone!!
